Our founder established Vertical Adult Home Services after 15 years in Washington State healthcare — first as a certified caregiver, then as a registered nurse, and finally as a licensed adult family home operator. Having personally witnessed the gap between what Spokane families need and what most homes deliver, Vertical was built to close that gap.
